Poultry divison

It consists of Breeder Farms and Hatchery and marketing network to supply chicks and give technical guidelines and revises to the poultry farmers. We have well equipped lab for disease surveillance and control. We have a large commercial layer and broiler production operation including marketing network. We also have a network of feed factories and supply depots and an extensive network of contract growing with an absolutely unique contractual relationship which we call federation in stead of the commonly used integration. In our system our farmers not only get total support from us but retain all the profits himself. Phoenix group poultry division has evolved into a total revise group and is continuously evolving not only to meet the challenges thrown up by the future by having one of the totalities of the sector and idea.

School Education

We have setup one of the finest in central India with the best facilities including play grounds swimming pools ,labs,computer lab  maths and language lab with more than 100 computers .our dream is to be one of the pioneers in the field of education where a system is created to promote self learning and character building as a means of achiving this we have created an atmosphere in the school  which is totally supportive and pleasant to students and staff as evidenced by excellent team work in all spheres. In such an atmosphere we maintain focus on imparting education ,games and physical activities and opportunities for leadership development .we have started in the process aware of importance of the self learning and development and will keep at it till it becomes a wide spred culture.
A very small experiments highlighting our commitment to self learning in nursery class we never ask children to start writing etc. we let them do this on their own .we find that in the nature cource the children start using chalks and crayons and start writing with 15 days of each other this way they get a feeling that writing is something that they want,not something that is imposed on them we belive in relating to the totality of the education process.
